EXPERIENCE

TPC Wire & Cable Corp. Digital Marketing Manager, November 2015 – January 2017 Responsible for driving inbound sales through tpcwire.com by continual optimization of the site for search, implementation of compelling CTA’s and consistently working with the product marketing team to add new, educational content. Developed lead generation programs that supported top of the funnel activities and tracked effectiveness through lead conversions.

  • Overhauled the Web Leads Program and developed a more streamlined process for lead follow up and tracking. With the new process in place, my team was able to deliver over $1.1M in sales. With an increase of 150% in sales over the prior year, we doubled our yearly objective.
  • Implemented Hubspot Marketing Automation Software — Created, developed, and managed campaigns that attract site traffic to the web as well as converting visitors into qualified leads. The first campaign launched generated over $25K in revenue within the first 4 months.
  • Managed and maintained TPC website for optimum performance in user experience and organic search. Developed and executed SEO, lead generation and promotional strategies and generated reports to monitor and track the short and long term success of programs.
  • Voted Employee of the Month by my coworkers and senior leadership for February 2016 and had the honor of accepting the quarterly award for Q1, for my continual contributions across the organization.

TPC Wire & Cable Corp. Creative/Digital Media Manager, May 2014 – November 2015 Promoted to expand online marketing capabilities in-house and to take over the monthly Web Lead Program sales report for the Director of Inside Sales. The web lead program reported marketing ROI by tracking incoming leads through tpcwire.com.

  • Replaced costly digital agencies by taking over SEO strategy and analytics reporting; worked closely with product marketing team to create optimized digital content internally.
  • Implemented project tracking software to give the department total visibility of open projects, deadlines and the assignees. It also allowed anyone to open a request for marketing help. This removed the need to manually track and delegate simple day-to-day tasks.
  • Oversaw cross-functional team to execute the 2016 catalog and was able to persuade the group to completely restructure the layout to match the website. Coordinated the project from start to finish. The new layout cost $12,000 under budget.

TPC Wire & Cable Corp. Senior Graphic Designer, June 2012 – May 2014
Hired with an expertise in corporate branding and web programming, was responsible for the transformation of all internal and external collateral (both print and digital) to reflect TPC’s rugged, innovative and high performance identity.

  • Established new brand identity guidelines for the business and redesigned all literature to reflect consistent branding across all channels.
  • Facilitated the design and development of the TPC website between senior leadership and the outside agency to ensure proper branding standards were implemented as well as proper execution of the front and back end programming. Aided marketing manager to organize, edit and supply outside agency with all content to insure proper formats for import and to meet all deadlines.
  • Supported the Quality Manager in updating and revising ISO documents, control forms, and department procedures.

Stuck Vinyl Graphics Designer, May 2010 – Present
We design and produce funky vinyl stickers for the world. Offering over 7,000 unique products, all business is currently done through word of mouth, Amazon, Etsy and eBay. Launched a secondary product line for chalkboard vinyl decals called NoteWorthy.

Hardman Group Art Director & Web Programmer, July 2008 – May 2012
Lead designer in charge of all print and interactive projects from start to finish. Projects include a wide variety of mediums including e-mail campaigns, web banners, website design and programming, brochures, advertisements and other print collateral.
